Puerto Vallarta and the resort are easily accessible via Uber. Rides from Garza Blanca to the Zona Romantica are about $6-10 and take about 10 minutes. Transportation from the airport takes about 30 minutes.
Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta
The group rate is available for 3 days before and after the wedding weekend dates (December 11-14) should you wish to extend. We highly recommend booking all-inclusive so that your breakfasts, lunches, snacks at the pool, room service and drinks are taken care of (other than tips!).
Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR)
Once you clear customs at the Puerto Vallarta airport, you will pass through a large room with very friendly people trying to "help" you. They will offer you free drinks. They will try to help you with transportation to the resort. DON'T TALK TO THEM! JUST KEEP WALKING UNTIL YOU SEE DAYLIGHT! Unless you are interested in spending your weekend in a timeshare presentation.
Once outside, taxis are available. Uber pickups require a short walk across a bridge as they are not allowed to pickup on site at the airport. Transportation can also be booked directly with Garza Blanca when you book your room.
Casamar 1928
We will be hosting a welcome dinner on Friday, December 11, at Casamar 1928 in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Transportation to and from the resort will be provided. Please join us to kick off our weekend of celebration with an authentic meal from this local family owned restaurant. (The tableside guacamole and salsa are amazing!)
Alma by Rhythms of the Night
On Saturday night, we will be hosting a trip across the Bay of Banderas for dinner and to see a spectacular show in the jungle. We hope you can join us! The boat ride back has live entertainment and drinks. Again, transportation to and from the Puerto Vallarta marina will be provided.
